I recently purchased a house in Walden, Texas, around the corner from Lake Conroe. Gabrielle did a great job for me.I had sold an investment property in Ohio and wanted to use a 1031 exchange to purchase another one in this area. It is made more complicated by government regulations, requiring a new purchase within 45 days on closure of the sale of my property. The market was extremely tight, with fewer properties to choose from. There was also frequent interaction with the title company, to make sure that we were abiding by government regulations. Gabrielle managed both areas in an exemplary fashion, and made the purchasing ordeal very easy for me.The house she found was in the location I desired. My efforts were minimal due to her efforts. I would highly recommend Gabrielle’s services, because she puts her customers wishes above everything else, and makes sure that all the legal work is completed well and on a timely basis.

It took a while to sell my lot, but Gabrielle was so patient with me while working with prospective buyers, she took care of everything up front, making sure all the necessary documentation was at hand so she could answer all the questions prospective buyer would ask, I found this incredibly helpful as she did not have to call me for every single question during any of the process, she just “handled’ it. I felt totally confident with Gabrielle as she showed complete professionalism and promptly answered any questions I had during negotiations.
