Gabriel was the one of the first real estate agents we met in Austin and we liked him immediately for being punctual, upfront, sincere, knowledgeable, and kind. He is someone we could trust right away and he was top of the game to ensure our tours are scheduled and all our questions are answered right away. While we found out a roofing issue, Gabriel helped us ensure that sellers got it fixed. His knowledge of the process and Austin area nuances helped the whole process immensely. I really dont think the roof fixing process would have gone as smoothly if not for Gabriel. He is more than a real estate agent for us and I can trust him with long time friendship and guidance in this market. I would rate him 10/10 and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Gabriel was an excellent agent to work with. His level of expertise and knowledge about the area, competitive pricing and direction in negotiations was key to the successful sale of our home. He was excellent in negotiations and always put our needs and expectations first. We had quite a few negotiations between concessions and sale price and he was able to help us get the right balance between both. He gave honest answers when I needed to understand the breakdown of numbers and worked with other departments (i.e. brokerage) when we had concerns about tax items directed from the buyer. He called me a lot to discuss changes so that we could talk through each scenario. It was a pleasure working with Gabriel, he is trustworthy, professional and was honest with me at all times.
