Gabi, Gabi, Gabi! Where do I begin? She’s amazing! ❤️Prior to meeting Gabi, my husband and I did 90% of the heavy lifting when looking to purchase a property, despite working with an agent at the time. Sadly, we thought this was the norm. We would not get answers to our simple questions, which left us doing a lot of research on our own and it felt like everything was too much to ask.Then we met Gabi, and within an hour she answered more of our questions than our prior agent had in months of knowing us. Wait, there are agents that care? That actually want you to get a good outcome, not just the fastest outcome so that you’re off their plate?Since then, Gabi has helped heal our real estate woes and has assisted us in purchasing the luxury condo of our dreams. I cannot fully express into words how much Gabi has helped my husband and I find our first home in Austin. Not only were we first time home buyers, we were also moving from another state. First I must admit, I have never been able to mentally justify that realtors arent just but a layer of complexity atop of an industry that feels in need of modernization. And that is after working with NUMEROUS realtors over the years. Yes, some are nice, but still a fee that hasnt felt justified.That is... Until having the serendipitous meeting encounter with Gabi at a mutual friends gathering. My wife and I were stressed out in purchasing a new property after having recently had a bit of a rough experience with a prior agent. Gabi validated our concerns and explained some things we had never been educated on before.To her, this was a baseline expectation, for a first time home buyer, you should absolutely be taught this from your realtor. News to us!Long story short, after 3 months of the most communicative, strategic, thoughtful, and supportive help from Gabi, we purchased the home of our dreams, and it wasnt over just then. As its a new build, we learned that she will be involved through to closing, even wanting to do the walkthrough with us, and helping us when financing comes time. Wait, what? A realtor can help with all of this and actually supports along the way? They arent just there to sign the contract and take a commission? Gabi had completely changed my entire viewpoint on the real estate industry, not because she wanted to, just because she was being herself and doing what she believes is right.We are in a better position now because of Gabi, and she even made the exception to help us find a rental unit while our place is being built. For that, I dont even have words to describe how above and beyond she went, and how strategic and helpful she was every step of the way. Genuinely feeling in awe of how talented and thoughtful Gabi is, my wife and I just have the deepest appreciation for her and genuinely believe she is one of just a few that is actually giving the real estate industry a better name (from my experience).We hope to buy our next home with Gabi, we hope to have her to our housewarming once built, we just appreciate everything she has done for us. Gabi was such a joy to work with! Even with a strict budget, she was able to find us a home that was perfect for us and our needs. Gabi helped us figure out what features we wanted, locations that would work for us and must-haves. We spent so much time together just sifting through the listings to figure out what we liked or didn’t like. We went to so many houses and gained so much knowledge from her that we started to be able to pick out hidden issues with houses on our own. We felt so happy with our choice at the end and it wouldn’t have been possible without the care, attention, and flexibility of Gabi!
