Throughout the initial listing phase, she intently listened to all of our concerns, brought to our attention what potential issues we may face, was very knowledgeable on negotiable items for attracting buyers, and helped us decide on a reasonable price for our house. After listing, she swiftly showed our house and thoroughly communicated the need to know about each buyer/offer.
