Choosing Frances as my realtor was the best decision I could have made! As a first-time homebuyer, I was intimidated by the idea of entering this crazy Austin market. Frances was patient and encouraging--she listened to everything I was hoping to find in my dream duplex, and created an MLS search for me. As duplexes would come on the market, she was always available to discuss the pros and cons of each one, and to set up a viewing if I wanted. When the perfect duplex came up for sale and I was ready to put in an offer, Frances immediately went into action. She has the perfect balance of speed and accuracy--very high-quality, professional work, but with the sense of urgency that is required in a competitive market. I feel so fortunate to have closed on the exact property I was hoping for, and I know that would not have happened without my awesome realtor!! Thank you, Frances!!

Frances has been wonderful to work with! My husband and I were moving across the state and getting a new build; Frances made sure that she was able to be there on days that we physically couldnt, so that we could get peace of mind knowing that the building process was coming along smoothly. She also took the time to answer all of our (many) questions and sent us tons of resources and recommendations for local services both during and after the sale. Most importantly, she helped us find a beautiful home within the time frame we needed and with our specific preferences in mind!

I reached out to Frances for help with a tough house lease hunt, and she was wonderfully adaptable to my needs. She set me up with great tools to dig up houses with her, and then served as a great and professional intermediary with listing agents. She made negotiations, end to end drives through the city, and even rushed applications using a laptop on the hood of her car all without complaint. All of the help and tips she gave was crucial to a hot July leasing market and my below average application, and I ended up with a fantastic home.
