    When we first started this journey after moving to Texas. We had met with two different agents and they didn’t really listen to our needs and concerns. They pretty much looked for the bottom dollar and the last one before Lucy acted like they didn’t even want to work with us and never sent us any listings or contact us back. Then the very first time that we spoke to Lucy on the phone, she was very attentive and asked us questions. Afterwards, she explained how her process works and how her team would also be involved throughout the whole process.We started looking at houses with Edith, but Lucy was right there doing work for us and others at all times. We found a house and initially it wasn’t going as planned. So we pulled out of the deal. Lucy was right on top of it and had us look at some other houses. We found another house and made our offer, but the builder wouldn’t work with us to make the deal. There wasn’t one that fit and seemed like it would be home. Unlike the first house that we pulled out of and Lucy noticed that after we pulled out they went and dropped the price more. She asked if we wanted to try and approach them again since we really liked that house. They agreed with our offer and we started the process again. After a lot of work we finally closed. We could not have done this if it wasn’t for Lucy and her team who treated us like family throughout this whole process. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication throughout this process. You guys are amazing and right before Christmas we have our home sweet home!!!We are definitely going to have our oldest daughter work with Lucy and her team and anyone else that asks about buying a home.     The Most Wonderful Experience! After having to relocate for work, we were in a pickle trying to find a real estate agent who was knowledgeable and we felt was a good fit to work with. After a handful of below expectation interactions with other real estate agents we decided to dig deeper and research the area. Luckily, we stumbled across Lucy’s reviews and were taken back by so much positive feedback. We gave her a call and by far right off the bat had a wonderful experience.     Lucy and Kendra are Amazing!I had to sell my grandmothers home which was and inheritance property. It was very emotional for me to let go of that home and scary because I have never sold a home before so I wanted it to be in the best hands.     Best experience ever. I have had done more than a half dozen house purchases over the years. I can say without reservation that this was the best experience ever. We flew into town from out of state with the need to find a house in the coming days. One of the agencies agents (Eli Campbell) showed us close to 30 houses over 3 days. They were all ones that she alerted us to and we agreed to see. In the end we found the house of our dreams and through strong negotiation by our agent, got it reduced to a price that we were comfortable with. Dont hesitate to give Flora Vista Reality a try.     Lucy and Kendra were very instrumental in getting my house sold quickly and also doing everything to best satisfy my needs. After a bad experience with the initial purchase of the house that left me with a constant “catch up” and escrow shortage with my mortgage, it was time to leave and start over.
