I met Felicia early this year at an open house. I told her I would reach out when I was ready to buy a house. Little did she know that I would be calling her almost immediately. Felicia helped getting everything going from lenders to work with, properties to visit, and builders requests. She was there from beginning to end, answered every call, txt and email. She made the process incredibly easy and was hands on with the lender, builder and everything in between. Highly recommend 👌
