This is the real deal, the whole experience has been great, on-boarding, communications, repair coordination and the whole package has been easy. Ive used this property management company for several years now and they always amaze me with how thorough and efficient they have been. The entire front office staff, maintenence and realtors have been helpful with leasing my properties in a timely manner. I trust the company so much that Ive referred family and friends to EZ Home Rental for locating and securing a place to stay. Ive only heard great things from tenants. I reached out to Walter for a maintenence issue and he responded quickly with a solution. My realtor, Nishea is a rockstar at finding reliable tenants keeping my tenant turnover rate to a minimum. Ill be a customer for many more years thanks to the team at EZ Home Rental.

Being a relatively new tenant, I experienced a few minor maintenance problems (unremarkably).Notwithstanding, the maintenance supervisor ( Walter) had exhibited a prompt reply, accurate assessment, and a favorable means to an end.He, along with Angela( property manager)have proven to me that Im in CAPABLE HANDS.Interestingly enough, the contractors they deployed were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.Francisco ( plumber), andOscar ( electrician) is unarguably two of the most skillful tradesmen Ive ever come across.I would recommend to any skeptical consumer to patronize EZ Home Rental if you want your day after to replicate your day before.

Angela was great! She communicated with us well from the moment we booked our tour up until we saw the house. She explained the process and was very informative. We left the house and immediately filled out our application - its been less than 24 hours and we were given an update on whag they werw still waiting on & told we should have an answer by tomorrow at the latest. Even if we dont get the house that we applied for, we will definitely continue working with EZ Home Rental!

First off let me tell you the professionalism and personable interaction with Angela was remarkable! I asked to be in a certain area of Houston she had tons of propertys for me to choose from a 3 to 4 bedroom with garage.
