Eyad is an amazing agent, a wealth of knowledge for his clients and a great cooperative agent! Every time I see his name, I know a transaction will go smoothly. He is up front with his negotiating and always looks for a best case scenario. His extensive knowledge in the industry always shows! His response time is amazingly fast too! I recommend working with him for all of your real estate needs!

My husband and I meet Eyad at a first-time home buyers seminar and were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He became our realtor for buying our first home and we could not have been more pleased! 15 years later, we were ready to have more space. Despite knowing many good realtors, we chose Eyad again because we knew he would once again help us find the right house for us! He listens to what we need and want, is very patient, and wise. He has been serving our community for many years. During our search this time, we looked at 40 houses, 5 offers, one contract we pulled out of and more, he had to go to bat for us in some situations, he worked so hard! And we could not be more pleased with our house and our experience with Eyad to find the one! You cant go wrong with him!
