Evan is the hardest working person in the business. (We have bought multiple houses in multiple states). On top of being exceptionally good at his job he felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now. Evan was extremely responsive and very pro-active on communicating with us. He knows his stuff when it comes to homes, resale, inspections, specs, etc. We felt so comfortable. Super nice and friendly! He is honest and always made sure a potential house was in the right price range, if it would be approved through FHA, and always double checked with me to make sure I would be comfortable with the mortgage price. He stayed in contact frequently, and if he wasnt available he was always able to have another agent show a house if there were time constraints. During closing, he was very thorough and sent everything in on time. He always made sure to include my daughter when looking at houses and was always polite with her. I will definitely be using him if/when I decide to sell and look for another house! Highly recommend Evan for buying or selling your home!

In Sept. of 2016 we found ourselves in a situation where we needed to sell my mother-in-laws home due to her passing. Mr. Martin was very good to walk us through the process and go over and above to get all the required paperwork to us and into the system so the property could be listed as soon as possible. His professionalism and knowledge of the Sherman, TX area real estate market and his ability to explain it to us in laymans terms was very beneficial in helping to get the home sold quickly and at a fair price. He made it convenient and easy for us to keep in contact with him and kept us informed throughout the whole process.
