I dont know about the other reviewer but I had the exact opposite experience?Erin was quick to respond and very pleasurable to deal with. Very patient too and my mom bought a house through her for $250k. $250k brand new! In Austin...we could never have done that ourselves. But I would and have recommended her to others I know who are in the market for a house.
