Erika exceeded our expectations in every way. She communicated with both me and my wife every step of the way. Any questions we had, she either knew immediately or knew where to find the info. When an issue arose with my property, Erika was on it with finding me a contractor to get the issue resolved for the best price. She was always very punctual and very friendly. I cant say enough things about her talent and professionalism. As great as everything else was, the best part was her selling our place fast and getting our asking price.

We just closed on our first home with Erika. Its been one of the record-difficult seasons to get a house (especially in the thriving DFW area) with the lack of inventory and market dynamics and we were inexperienced buyers. Even so, Erika helped us pull it off and confidently! In our experience she was thorough, diligent and committed to us and what we needed to make it through the whole process. Im very detail oriented and I asked questions she never gets, even so, she took the time to find me the answers and never made it a problem. She truly worked for us and supported our requests and decisions along the way. She was not pressuring in any direction and stayed in communication. Shes direct and upfront in her communication (doesnt speak in ambiguous terms or leave things blurry). She was on top of deadlines for us yet patient. If she noticed something in a showing that was a red flag or could be harder to get a loan for she would tell me right away. We viewed something like 30 houses with her over a months time, put in 4 offers all on houses with multiple offers and 24hr deadlines and learned something every time eventually landing the house we now own. Thank you for your kindness and continued service. Post-closing shes continued to be in contact with utility recommendations, homesteading information, and more to get us in the best position possible to start our lives here. Thank you so much!
