Erika is an absolute dream to work with. I met her on the day I decided to sell my house and move and I’m so glad I did. She is sweet, has a strong head for business, had a plan and stuck to it. Best of all her plan worked! She listened to what I wanted, was realistic about how to met that in the current market, and held me to the plan when I got nervous. Selling and buying is a really hard thing to do and Erika made sure I had the best experience along the way. She helped prep my house to sell, helped stage it so it looked like a model home, had great listing photos taken, then when we went to market I had a great offer over asking within 24 hours! I got everything I needed on the sell to be a strong buyer when it was time to find my dream home. She is a killer negotiator, we spoke about where I wanted to end up, she advised on what to do to get there, and we always ended up a little better than the goal.Erika is a great person who knows what’s she is doing and holds tight to her values. I didn’t know her before I started working with her but everyday felt like working with an old friend. She is kind and honest. She is bubbly and sweet, but I would NEVER EVER want to negotiate against her and that is exactly what you need in a top notch realtor.It’s simple. Erika was amazing to work with from the very beginning. This is my first time renting a home, as I’ve always been in an apartment. I was in Austin and she here in DFW so she personally took time out to go FaceTime me the homes so I didn’t have to travel. She went above and beyond helping me find EXACTLY what I was looking for. A 3 bed and 2 bath with a pool that allowed pets in the exact area I wanted. She is always open with communication and will put your mind at ease. I highly recommend!
