Eric is amazing, i called him months before i moved down to texas and he had potential houses in my email within 24hours. He helped us all the way through our process of moving. I have already recommended him to friends and will continue to recommend him. If you want some one that will truly treat you like family HE IS THE ONE. Only realtor in texas that I’ll ever use.

I just want to start off by saying you need to do business with this man he is smart, he knows what hes doing, and he is very reliable and helps out when needed anytime of the day. If I need something he is very fast to reply and very thorough with his work! Eric and the company PRC Properties is amazing and I would recommend them over and over again. I cannot say enough about Eric he is very good and does really great things for his clients!
