⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were first time homebuyers, first time home builders, and worked with a builder that was challenging to say the least. Every step of the way Emily was there - to answer questions, talk us off ledges, fight for us, keep us in the loop, and even managed to get us into our house however she could when our appraiser had setbacks delaying closing. When we moved in we were met with a personalized care package that brought tears to my eyes. We received texts throughout the week checking on us and letting us know that she was there if we needed anything. Emily is a realtor that gives her all, considers you family, and invests so much time, energy, and love into her clients (and community) that you walk away with a new home and a new lifelong friend. I 100% recommend Emily Arce!
