    We live out of town and was in search for a local realtor to help us find a home in New Braunfels, after calling serval realtors with no answer we called Easton with Emerald Haus Group and he answered. Talked with Easton and went over what we where looking for in a property, again we dont live in town so we would be traveling in order to view any home in person. Easton put together I think 9 different homes for us to look at and scheduled a day to go and look at all the properties in one shot. He had already mapped out all the properties and scheduled times with all the other realtors for us to come in especially since some of the homes were currently occupied. We did end up finding a home that met our needs and put in an offer, after a day or so of negotiating we were able to settle on a price and closed a few weeks later. Brittany on his team was great and kept us up to date with what was going on and what to expect through this process. Best part for me was the constant communication with Easton and Brittany no matter the time, just like from day 1 Easton has always answered or sent a text and call back quickly. Would highly recommended these 2 to anyone looking to do anything with there home purchase or sale.

    Our experience with Easton and Brittany was top notch. We ( my girlfriend and I ) purchased a $2 million plus home and Easton was the listing broker. After spending some time with him, it was an easy decision to waive our right to buyer representation and work through the sales and closing process with Easton and Brittany. We were not familiar with New Braunfels at all. I had not been to New Braunfels in over 30 years. Easton was very good at painting the picture of what life in the future would potentially feel. This goes beyond simple market knowledge. He seemed genuinely interested in getting to know both of us. In turn, he was able to convey that to the seller to effectuate a very smooth closing.     Linda Anguiano and her team were amazing. I never felt like I was with a realtor just looking for a commission. I saw a lot of houses until I found the one that worked for me. I accidentally looked over a key part of the a sellers disclosure on a house early in my hunt, and could have gotten myself into a money pit. She and her team were on top of it and pointed out what I missed and made sure I knew what I would be getting into. It is great to work with a realtor that actually is looking out for you and not rushing a sale. They are a great team. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    My wife and I had a great experience working with Easton. He was very attentive to our requests. Communication was great and easy. He was available to text but quick to call me if things needed clarification or nuance. As first time home buyers we appreciated his experience in having purchased homes himself and guided people through this so many times. He was open to allowing the process to be our own, but also provided some firm guidance when we needed (saying things like, With the smoke smell in this house, great as the location as, there would probably be a huge amount of remodeling here and that isnt what you both have expressed a desire for.)     Update 2020:Since the initial 2019 review, Easton Smith helped us buy a new home and sell our old one, all during the pandemic.Our selling process was smooth in all phases--preparation, marketing, showings, negotiation and finalizing the sale. Easton hired a stager whose advice made our 14 year old home look like a model, and a fine photographer who highlighted the features. Easton even brought a drone for a cool exterior video.Every Covid precaution was taken during showings.Our home was marketed in print advertising, online and through Facebook, and through personal calling. We were happy to receive a good offer on the third showing.As to buying, we chose a new home to be built in a nearby development and Easton advised us every step of the way, including helping us through the few hiccups. Because of Covid delays, construction took 8 months. Having an experienced guide and advisor helped us navigate the process with confidence and we ended up with exactly what we wanted.
