Elvira Rolph is an outstanding realtor that I highly recommend! I observed the whole process when she sold my sisters house. Elvira went above and beyond expectations in helping to get the house ready to sell (sprucing up the garden, etc) as well as on-point advertising. I attended the open house and I was so impressed at the attendance there--Im sure a record for open houses!
