ELSA GARCIA was without a doubt, totally amazing. There’s no way I could have imagined completing this process without her help and the help of her team. My job requires me to travel quite a bit. So I was not available for a lot of the building process of my new house. ELSA stopped by almost weekly to send me pictures and keep me updated with the process and every minor detail. At times I felt like she would drop what she was doing to help me with any situation or answer any questions I had. I have bought and sold houses in the past. But as a realtor, I felt like ELSA did so much more for this experience than any of my past experiences. I can’t say enough positive things about ELSA or give her a high enough rating. 10/10 5⭐️s

If you want a realtor that is dedicated to serving you, a go-getter, and a hard worker, then Elsa is your person. Elsa made my first home buying experience feel as if I had purchased many properties before. Throughout the whole process I felt at ease and stress-free knowing that Elsa was available whenever I needed her even during short notices. Elsa was always a text and/or phone call away and always accommodated me. We went to see houses on Sundays, at 7:00 pm when I got off of work and even on a Saturday evening around 8:30 pm. Despite my pickiness, Elsa never gave up on me and continued to give her all even after searching for five months for the perfect home. Once we found the perfect home (a day after Valentine’s Day), she immediately called the seller’s agent to place our offer and within two hours it was accepted. After the offer was accepted I believed it was going to be a stressful escrow period, but Elsa somehow made the whole escrow period into a comfortable process. She was there to guide me through the title/escrow setup, all the inspections and even some of the loan process since she worked extremely well with my loan originator. Furthermore, Elsa was in constant communication with me throughout the whole escrow period keeping me up to date with the process in general; two days never went by without me getting a text message from Elsa, which honestly alleviated any stress associated with first-time home-buying. Elsa even made sure to be present during the closing with the title company, which also made me feel confident and comfortable. Elsa was there for me from the first day in September to the end of March and I know that if I need something in the future like a reference for a contractor or a recipe that she will always be a text away.

Elsa did an exceptional job in helping us find our new home. She is attentive, responsive, honest, and very patient. There are always many challenges when relocating, but dealing with our agent wasn’t one of them. We highly recommend Elsa for any real estate needs.
