Elena is such a sweet landlord if you are renting! Quick communication, understanding about maintenance schedule coordination, and just a lovely person. Most importantly, dog friendly! Finding a place that allows two mixed breed dogs can be a challenge, but Elena accepted my two fur protectors with such compassion. I had an amazing experience living in my home and if I hadn’t moved out-of-state, I would still live in one of her properties.

We met Elena at a Sunday open house, and had no real expectation of interacting with the agent. However, the home piqued our interest and we asked Elena if she would meet us back at the house after the open house was over. Elena was very gracious to meet us again. She let us take our time walking back through the home, answering all of our question. She was very helpful with the informative about the process and all of the numbers! She followed up without being pushy, asked all the right questions and was a lovely, knowledgeable person at every encounter. Highly recommend.

Elena has been more the a great landlord to me! She had always checked on me to make sure everything was going well on the property and if I had any issues she always attended to them in a timely manner! Since moving back to Oklahoma City, she has been the best landlord I’ve had. I highly recommend renting from her company!

She always responds promptly to communication, is accommodating with maintenance scheduling and pest control, and is simply a delightful person. Plus, shes incredibly dog-friendly! Finding a place that welcomes two larger mixed breed dogs can be tough, but Elena accepted my two furry friends with open arms. I have had a wonderful experience living in her property this far!
