As a mortgage lender who has helped almost 500 people finance their home, I can say that Barry is an exceptional real estate agent. On a recent transaction we worked on together, not only was he able to negotiate a sales price significantly below the appraised value (from the mortgage appraisal), he was additionally able to negotiate another $10k+ in seller credits and repairs to ensure his buyer clients got a GREAT deal on a beautiful home. I highly recommend using Barry, he is quite the negotiator!

Barry assisted me in purchasing a home in 2019, and I cannot recommend his services enough! When I found the home that I wanted was on the market, he assisted me in putting in a bid very quickly, and ensured that I met all of the parameters necessary to have my bid accepted by the seller. That was helpful because there were several bidders unbeknownst to us, and my bid was the one that was selected by the seller. The whole process was very smooth.Barry was helpful in counseling me about what home to buy and helping to keep me impartial throughout the process. We discussed pros and cons of various homes throughout the selection process. He also ensured that I paid a fair price for the home, and explained what was going on at every stage of the process. As a first time homebuyer, that was very helpful!I highly recommend Barry for his real estate services, you will be dealing with a dedicated professional!
