Tina as a realtor and a person to have crossed paths with is ineffable. No matter how hard I try, I could not describe how wonderful she is!I started off my house search with very little time (2 months) before I needed to move out of my apartment. I knew it wasn’t enough time as a realtor would hope for but I just prayed Tina could work some magic and find me a home in time. It is no surprise that this wonderful realtor immediately started searching with the same intention she would to find her own house.As a first-time, military homebuyer, I knew very little about the housing market, VA home loans, mortgages, and the process as a whole. I was not worried one step of the way with Tina by my side guiding me. She delicately explained everything to me, not leaving a doubt in my mind.Once we had found my new house, Tina negotiated with the builder and lender to get me all appliances included, a garage door opener, blinds, and 30k down from the listed market price.After I took the house off the market, Tina made sure to diligently work with the builder to check every corner of the house ensuring it was perfect by the time I had to move in.Sure enough, my house was perfect at closing. Tina is AWESOME! I moved out-of-state and she took on selling my house and Im so happy that she took me on as a client. She prepd my house for sale and even stopped by often to check on it and make sure it was safe and secure. I am so happy that she went above and beyond my expectations and spent the extra time to answer the buyers agent questions on some minute details about the house history. I havent sold a house in over 20 years and with her understanding of this, she was able to put my mind at ease when I would get stressed about the process, which I appreciate very much. I can not express enough how wonderful this woman is! She treated us like family and went above a beyond for us. We originally met Tina because we were struggling to find rental properties and even though she does not show rental properties, she took it upon herself to help us when she didn’t have to. We fell in love with her and her dedication and ended up requesting for her to find us a house to purchase instead. She is a realtor who actually listens to your wants and needs. She knew exactly what we were looking for and didn’t waste any time with properties that were not up to par. She isn’t like your typical real estate agents who are pushy or try convince you to purchase the most expensive property on the market …She legitimately cares and works hard to find places that are the best fit for you. I felt comfortable throughout our entire time together and she made everything exciting. I never felt pressured or overwhelmed. I was confident that she always had our best interest in mind and her kindness is truly genuine. Tina is the real deal. She listens carefully to what each person is looking for and then actually finds it. Originally, it was home straight out of the 80s. She found it and crushed negotiations to see the sellers decide differently at the last second. She pivoted and found a different home, which is what the other spouse wanted, but that still had the charm and precise location desired.She cared for and fought tirelessly for her clients, even when they were out of the state and at one time out of the country. I have worked with many realtors in my professional and personal life. Hey, have you ever met someone who immediately screamed It factor? More on this in a minute.My wife and I moved from the San Antonio area and then decided to make the journey back home. We needed a house and we needed to get it done within 30 days, so time was of the essence. In case you were wondering... we closed in 24 days.We were working with a firm at that time who had a habit about treating us like we were #525678, rather than Will and Kitty. A friend of ours introduced us to Eglantina (Tina) because she knew we were unhappy where we were. We spent a couple of hours with her just chatting about what we were looking for and our need to move expeditiously along with a multitude of personal needs. Tina left us around 9:00pm that evening and by 10:30pm we had a days worth of houses to look at in our email box. I mean she not only went home and got right to work, she arranged her schedule the following day to ensure we saw each of the houses. I mean who does all of that after only speaking to people for a couple of hours. Eglantina, thats who! After looking at several homes over the next following few days, we found the one. We had to fly back to Iowa but Tina jumped right to work. By the time we landed in Iowa, we had the offer waiting for our signature. Tina always says dont worry, I got you. This is purely genuine and you can take it to the bank, she means it.Something you will immediately note about Tina is that shes from Greece, but she negotiates like an Italian mob boss. I like to refer to her as Tina the Greek during the negotiations (hey all the great ones get a nickname) because she fights for her clients. Heres a fact.... we bought our home at a price that allowed us to immediately walk out of closing with $21,000 in equity before we even made our first mortgage payment.Oh yea... If you look up the phrase IT FACTOR you will see a picture of Eglantina and her team of real estate wizards looking right back at you. I will not only be using this team from a professional side, I will also recommend them to everyone who is in need.
