Efren was amazing! It was a pleasure having him as my realtor. Selling my home while being out of state seemed like a challenge, but Efren made the process as smooth as possible. He was very informative and answered all my questions/concerns. He went above and beyond by being present on the property when needed. Would definitely recommend him and his team to help anyone in their home buying/selling journey! -

Efren was recommended to me through a friend. That is always a great start just due to trust alone. After I saw how fast he jumped on the tasked and started researching my area I knew it was a good choice. I had an idea of what I wanted to sell my house for. He suggested a different route and went much higher. We had hits the same day it posted and were working on a contract the next day. He made me a ton of money, and very quickly. He really cares. We are still very good friends to this day.
