First time homebuyers that started our search at an open house in March 2023. No clue what we were getting into yet. Met Edgar there and exchanged information. Started home searching, and after realization we weren’t ready we let him know we needed more time to save up to be in a better position to buy. He was very understanding, never pressured us but kept us in loop of housing market. In April 2024 we let him know we were ready and we started searching again. Within a week, we’re making an offer. Edgar was very honest with us about negotiations and after multiple counter offers he was able to negotiate $12,000 in seller’s concessions and in our home within a month! Edgar, throughout this whole process, was so patient and positive even when we were overwhelmed being first time home buyers. Highly recommend you choose him as your realtor because all these reviews are true!

He really has incredible patience and is very attentive when it comes to his work.
