Eddie was incredible to work with! Being first time home buyers is very intimidating, and having the right realtor really makes a difference. Eddie made sure that my partner and I were always well informed on the home buying process, was readily available via text/call/e-mail, and answered any questions we had, and even questions we didn’t know we had. Eddie made us feel comfortable in buying our first home, definitely a realtor that looks out for you! Eddie was super patient with us, worked with our schedules so that we could take a look at houses when we wanted to. Just amazing!Looking for a home is the fun part, but once you choose a home, the real work begins, and again, it can be super overwhelming, but Eddie and his team were INCREDIBLE! They guided us through the whole process, let us know what to expect through out the process as far as deadlines, documents, setting up our utilities and all of that kind of stuff. I am pleased to recommend Eddie as a realtor! I have worked with Eddie to sell two homes as well as buy a home. Eddie is the best! He walked me through all options, stayed on top of the sale of each home, was creative in marketing both homes and was present through all of the process. My most recent sale was remote since I moved before the house sale was finalized. I couldn’t have done this without him! Every detail was taken care of by Eddie and his amazing team. So the story is we moved from Texas and wanted to rent our house. Eddie was ALWAYS available for home tours, weather it was in person or virtual. We were trying to rent our home and not sell it at the moment so that to me takes a little more dedication. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he would always call back no longer than 5 minutes later. Seriously, I have felt with realtors that take forever to get back to you or don’t answer when there off duty. No matter what time of day Eddie would answer his phone, he went out of his way to do his job and I definitely am upset that I didn’t find him when I first moved to Texas. When I’m ready to sell my house I will be using him hands down. Thank you Eddie for everything.

Eddie is a fantastic realtor, this is the second home we have worked with him on and he’s been nothing less than stellar both times. We started out using a different realtor the second time (because the lender offered closing credits to use thier in-house agents) but after getting our eighth offer rejected we quickly called Eddie. He showed us more properties we hadn’t had access to before and also helped us adjust our approach when it comes to putting in offers. The very next offer we extended was accepted and we purchased the house less than a month later. His knowledge of the area and his strategic approach to buying and selling got us in a great home that we were able to purchase below market value even in this crazy market we are in right now. Eddie is a true professional and an all around great guy! I whole heartedly endorse and recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the greater Austin area!

We chose Eddie Banales because of his close proximity to PF and because of it exciting personality. We had already move up to Georgetown and needed help tightening up the house in PF before putting it on the market. One of his signature services was having the house and driveway pressure washed.WOW !! Immediately I started feeling regret. This is a good looking house. Being busy running my own company, I didnt have a lot of time to do some of the things Eddie thought would improve offers. He made arrangements to have have some small upgrades done. Example - replacing the tired ceiling fans. Eddie took care of everything. He has a list of contractors working at a reasonable price to help out.Next is where is experience came into play. He strategically determined the timing necessary to generate maximum interest and the price that would bring folk to the table. Within 4 hours we had 6 offers, several 25k over asking. Eddie had done some cool staging and hired a professional photographer that made the house POP on the Internet, this generated a lot of excitement. But alas .... no one got to come to the open house. The professional pre-planning negated an open house. Looking for someone you can trust ??? You will really like working with Eddie, he actually cares about you on a personal level. You wont be his customer, without becoming his friend.

Eddie helped me rent out a property fairly quickly. He was meticulous in finding out market average and also had lots of improvement tips. He also helped stage the home so that it could attract great tenants and at the same time fetch optimum value. Im posting this a bit late compared to when he helped us, but I feel theres no way I can leave this out. During recent winter icy storm, when the entire city was engulfed in thick layers of ice, Eddie went and helped the tenants by covering all the outside facing faucets so they dont freeze. He went out of his way to do this which Im very appreciative of. Eddie has been an amazing help and Id seek his service again in a heartbeat.
