Working with Linda and the Cook & Loeffler Team by far exceeded our expectations. As a first time home seller, we were not familiar with the process or terminology. Linda immediately met with us to explain the entire process. She was willing to work with our crazy work schedules and was in constant communication as we wanted to be informed every step of the way. “Two Savvy Agents”Cheryl Loeffler and Linda Cook were more like our real estate angels! If you want someone who is going to go above and beyond, answer phones calls and texts no matter what time of day, work for and with you and to just take the stress away on the selling and buying your home these two women are the ones you’re looking for. They simply put it as just a “regular work day” but these women worked so hard for us it made the whole process super comfortable and just fly by. Not to mention they got our home ready, up on the market and under contract within 6 days! We are grateful we found them and that they were more than able to go through the hectic process of home selling and buying with us and be at our beck and call from the hard questions to the simple ones.Look no further these women have got you covered!
