I cant say enough what an amazing realtor Donna and her team are. We chose Donna because she was part of the Dave Ramsey ELP network. She was the very first realtor to contact us and her communication continued to be top notch throughout the home buying process. To complicate our situation, we were living in Berlin Germany while purchasing our home. Donna was available throughout the process (at all hours!) and helped us navigate the long distance home buying process. Donna even negotiated our home price down $30k after a surprise appraisal. She is both your good and your bad cop and leaves the buyer out of the stressful process.Donna also took care of our home until we were able to get to TX. She ensured that doors were locked and that contractors could get in if necessary. She went above and beyond! She honestly feels like and old family friend and we cant praise her enough. We LOVE Drayton Realty!!!

With the crazy market around February 2022, my husband and I contemplated selling our house. We decided to call a realtor to ask their opinion on how much we could sell for. We found Donna on Dave Ramsey’s website and couldn’t have been more pleased after meeting her. She was very personable and thorough in presenting the comps in the area. She advised us on staging and how we could help show the house at its best. My husband and I decided to list at the end of March. Donna had a professional photographer take beautiful pictures and posted the listing on every site you could imagine. That was on a Friday. We had an open house on Saturday, of which we had 22 showings. By Sunday, we had nine amazing offers, all over the listed price. We accepted an offer and were on cloud nine. We sold our house for 20% over the asking price! Donna was exceptional in every way. She made this happen for us and made it so easy. She was very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Our family is so grateful to her for helping us make this happen. We highly recommend Donna for your real estate needs; you won’t be disappointed!

This was our first home purchase and Donna walked us through it and made us feel so at peace about everything. She is so good at what she does. She will respond to phone calls, texts or emails almost immediately and knows how to negotiate to get you the most out of your purchase. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I will definitely be contacting Donna when it comes time to sell, and you should to!

From the initial phone call to the closing, Donna was everything we needed her to be. In all, we solicited and interviewed four realtors to help us sell our house. Donna was one of the three recommended realtors we found via Dave Ramseys ELP program all three of which we interviewed. Donnas quick response, straightforwardness, confidence, resume, and impressive presentation won us over. Her knowledge of the market proved to be spot on. Though I was hopeful, I was initially skeptical we could sell our house at Donnas suggested listing price. Within six days on the market, we had our first offer. Two days later the buyer rescinded their offer which was discouraging and disappointing to me and my wife. However, Donna was not the least bit discouraged and expressed her confidence that our house would soon sell which was in turn encouraging to us. Nine days later we received two competing offers, went under contract, and closed on the sale of the house five weeks later. During those five weeks, I am sure no more than two days would pass before I had and asked Donna a question about some aspect of the process. Her responses to my texts, emails, and phone calls were almost immediate. Without question, the most impressive and most appreciative aspect of our relationship with Donna was communication. We were well aware that Donna is a high volume selling agent and has many clients so to have her respond readily to us was remarkable. I was confident at the outset that we had made the right choice in a realtor and as we went through the entire process became convinced and certain that we had made the right choice in a realtor.

Cant recommend Drayton Realty enough!Within 1 business day we had multiple offers over asking price. She then went to work to put us in our dream home in about a month (which is HUGE in this market). Were repeat customers and will surely use Donna and her staff again in the future!On a more personal note, Donna Drayton herself is a real fighter, shes overcome so much in her life and does it with a wink and a smile, Shes helped us with three homes so far and we wouldnt trade her for all the tea in China ;)

I found out about Donna through Dave Ramsey‘s website and I’m so glad I did. She’s very experienced knows her stuff and will be very honest with you. There are some realtors who will tell you what you want to hear rather than what the actual situation is when selling your house. Donna doesn’t do that. She also does not twist your arm to choose her, but she is an excellent choice. She also responds quickly to text messages, and knows her stuff. I highly recommend her!

Honestly I am a softy, but when you are selling your home that is just what you need. She is truly kind and wanted the best for us. We took her recommendation implemented them and sold within 24 hours of being listed during COVID-19!
