It was a great experience with Dixie and we found and purchased what we had in mind. She is very responsive and it was a key for us. We were after a house with acreage in Williamson and the market is hot for this type of properties and Dixie did a fantastic job to hunt it in competition with other buyers. I am planning to work with Dixie again in the future.

Having Dixie as our realtor was a great experience. She made the process easy and made us feel comfortable as if we were family. During our first meet, she sat down with us and went over everything from pricing, marketing and suggestions on presentation for the home. The communication was great and there was never a time when she got annoyed with all of our questions or inquiries. It was an all around great experience.

Dixie did an incredible job helping us prep the house and get it ready to show. I know I was not heronly client at the time but I felt like she had put all her talents into making my house look ready toget on the market and SELL in a timely manner. I recently moved here from Iowa and joined a community kickball team to get to know a few people. Dixie was the coach and our “team mom”. When I found out she was a realtor I knew exactly who would be helping me find a new place. Working with Dixie was a dream! She listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond in our search. She mapped out communities and school zones, gave us information on what’s nearby and what may come in the future as far as construction and new businesses. We also have crazy work schedules and Dixie didn’t bat an eye at having to meet or talk with us on evenings and weekends. She kept us in the loop and handled communication between us and the builders and lenders. The process was a breeze and Dixie is to thank for that. I’m in love with my new home and can’t wait for the next kickball season!
