Dolores is an amazing agent, and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is trying to sell their house for top dollar. She went above and beyond to make our house attractive to home buyers. In our case, we had purchased another house that was out of state, and we were on a tight timeline to move. Our out of state purchase was an opportunity that fell into our laps that we couldnt pass up so we took the leap and closed the deal on it. Unfortunately, because we werent expecting to purchase another house so quickly in our process, we hadnt done much in the way of getting our Cedar Park house ready to put on the market, and Dolores didnt come into the picture until very late in the game. Due to our tight timeline to move, all of our efforts and attention were spent on getting our belongings packed and moved. Thats where Dolores came in. She arranged for contractors (at a very reasonable minimal cost to us) to identify things that were in need of repair, as well as looking at the color schemes of our interior walls that were in need of updates, and she acted as the subcontractor to schedule and monitor the work to be done after we had moved out. She also staged the house at her expense with her own collection of furnishings and artwork. In the process, I know that she incurred a number of other out of pocket costs which was very unexpected, but was due to her great attention to detail along the way. She devoted a great deal of time and effort to our listing, and it made all the difference in attracting the right buyer. Just as important, she was also very pleasant to work with, and she was pretty comfortable working long distance with us as sellers and overcoming the challenges that such a situation presents. Dolores knows her business, and you cant go wrong with having her as your selling agent.

I am a repeat customer of real estate agent Dolores Reyes-Pergi. Dolores helped me purchase my first home in 2019. Recently, after a few changes in my life, I decided to sell my home and buy a smaller, brand-new house. Dolores got my house under contract with multiple offers for the full asking price within 24 hours! It was like a miracle in October 2023, in a buyer’s market, when other houses stayed long on the market! Her dedication helped to bring four offers from four qualified buyers, from which I had to select one. Dolores made the process of selling, from conception to closing, easier and faster than I ever imagined. She patiently guided me on how to prepare my house for sale. And while I was doing my part, she engaged in a vigorous pre-sale marketing campaign. When I mentioned that I finished my part, including cleaning the house, Dolores, went the extra mile. She brought a cleaning crew to help make the house appear even cleaner than it was. Next, she beautifully staged it…and within 24 hours, multiple offers for the full asking price arrived.
