Over the years I have been lucky enough to purchase three homes. I have experienced working with three different realtors: one very poor, who continuously tried to force me into a deal I did not want; one average, who handled things ok; and one who was outstanding and extremely helpful. The “Outstanding Real Estate Agent” is Dolly Kaiser. Dolly worked hard for an extended amount of time to find our current home. We were nervous about making this change. We had specific ideas about what we wanted and the timing of selling our previous home and buying a new one. Dolly was extremely patient and encouraging. She always researched properties thoroughly, answered our questions and supported our decisions. At one point in the process, we were about to finalize a purchase agreement, but I was very unsure and stressed out about the deal. Even though it meant a loss of income for Dolly, she stepped up and verbalized that it just might not be the right deal for us and suggested we might want to backout and look for something that felt right. We did just that and eventually found the perfect home and the location where we truly wanted reside. Since that time, I have recommended Dolly to several family and friends and they have been completely satisfied with her assistance. This is our second time using Dolly. We couldn’t be happier. She was extremely thorough throughout the entire process. She had our best interests in mind at all times. From the moment we listed until the day we closed, Dolly was on top of everything that we had asked of her. We absolutely recommend Dolly to anyone that’s in search of an outstanding realtor who will at all times have their best interests at the forefront. Dolly was able to secure a contract in our home within the first 4 days at full asking price. If you want a agent that will be like family look no further than Dolly.

I worked with Dolly twice while looking to buy my first house. The first time we got together we searched the area I wanted to live in and couldnt find the right fit. Dolly was very helpful in my thought process to make sure I didnt just buy something to buy something. Dolly supported me in deciding to postpone my search. A handful of months down the road she contacted me letting me know the inventory had grown quite a bit and we might have better luck. I was able to find the perfect house for me to start off with, and it was all thanks to Dolly. I was sad when she moved out of state, and even sadder when it came to sell my home and move to the home Id build a family in. Dolly once again came through though and was able to set me up with a local agent she had full confidence in. She was completely right. Dolly helped me when she had nothing to gain from it. Thats just the kind of person and realtor she is!

Dolly’s level of professionalism, knowledge, support and just plain kindness got a real workout when she listed and sold our home!! The house sold ... yay! Because we had several weeks between the sale and when the house we were building would be ready, we packed up the contents of the house and moved in with a friend. Long story short ... That night Dolly called to inform us Mr. Buyer had suddenly died and the sale of the house would not go thru. Dollys consistent support, professionalism and kindness kicked in high gear during this challenging time and the eventual successful sale of our home!She was there for us! Her support, can do attitude and sense of humor were critical to us during this time. I would, and do, recommend Dolly for any of your real estate needs.
