Dillon is seriously the best to work with! He’s super knowledgeable and willing to help get you in the right house. This was a long process for us, but he was patient and truly helped us find the perfect house for our needs. Couldn’t recommend anyone better!

I dont know how we were so lucky to find Dillion. He made the process so easy. On top of that, he is so kind and friendly. Every question we had he answered. He was with us every step of the way. When I texted him or emailed him, he responded instantly, unless he was with another client. Then, he would let me know he would get to me as soon as he was done with that client. No surprise he is busy especially when he is as good as he is. I would say that Dillion KNOWS the market. It is as if he is some sort of genus when it comes to real estate.There were times when we were inspecting the house and he had a free moment. So, while my brothers were looking at the house, Dillion and I chatted. Those were very interesting moments.We never felt rushed but cared for. I felt safe with him and in good hands. I would say that anyone who is lucky enough to find Dillion would be very thankful. The amazing thing is that I found him totally by accident. The sellers agent was on vacation and could not show us the house. So, he referred Dillion to us. Right away I could tell that he was awesome. So, I made him MY agent. It would not have happened had the other fellow been available. I guess when other agents know Dillions name, then that means he is top. When agents refer you to Dillion, then they too understand who is the best in the game.Then, Dillion hooked us up with Jake Little at First Service Mortgage. That just completed the whole cycle. Everything became easy at that point. Dillion has the contacts. From inspections, to roof inspections, electrical, plumbing, to EVERYTHING. You name it and Dillion has a contact to go with it. And Dillion only uses the best contractors. That was one of the things we chatted about. He has been in the business so long that he has had time to find the stinkers and discard those contractors like yesterdays garbage. NOW, he has a complete list of only the best in the business.I cannot say enough about this man. You will feel the same if you are lucky enough and smart enough to use him as your agent.
