Omg! Ms. Diema was absolutely amazing. She definitely was God sent. I’m truly grateful and Thankful that God sent her my way. She went over and beyond with helping me and my family find a home. The situation I was in was impossible for me to get a home. But baby let me tell you Ms. Diema was on her grind with making sure she can help her clients anyway she could and she didn’t miss a mark. Due to her grinding she was able to connect with the company who were able to help me get into a home due to my situation. I really thank her for just going over and beyond and communicate with me and letting me know that she had not forgotten about me and she most definitely came through. My family and I are currently now living in a three bedroom home in Forney, Texas. I recommend this woman to anyone.

I was exhausted with looking for homes when I met her but DiEma became very helpful and was a refresher well needed during my home search. Let me tell you she initiated contact with me on a Saturday, had me touring Sunday and Monday and by Tuesday she had my application in to the rental company and a preliminary approval! I had a bad experience with a prior realtor that i had been working with for just about 4 months. I had 2 weeks to find a place. I met DiEmia and let me tell you, in 1 week, you hear me 1 week she had us approved for 2 homes. DiEmia plays no games. She is great at what she does. She communicated throughly through out the entire process. DiEmia never kept us guessing, I didnt have to follow up with her she was always on it. She is very honest and open.

You know, I never thought searching for a home would be so taxing. I was at my wits end trying to do it alone. Connected with several realtors who all gave up on me after a few days without ever leaving their office to come help. Some stopped responding or they made me feel like my money wasnt good enough to work with or be consistent with.Then I ran across this feisty young lady in a Facebook group. Never seen or heard of her before this day. From day one, she went to work and never gave up on helping me find that one house to my expectations and likings. She was faithful, consistent, and didnt let me down during the process. Always thinking outside the box on the next move to make when the home didnt meet the expectations. Then after 3 weeks of searching - I said yes to that house!If youre looking for someone who is fierce when it comes to satisfying their customers, shes the one. DiEma is the best. She is available and patient. I was working with another agent who responded slow and caused us to miss out on a few homes we were interested in. I called DiEma and within 30 mins she was already sending me listings. She even went to view a home we really wanted on FaceTime because I didnt want to risk waiting to view it that evening and miss out. As soon as we got off FT, we applied and got approved for the house. Even now she is always checking in to see how the move is going and she is surely invited to the housewarming party. Ms. Hicks is an outstanding realtor and person! She was truly a Godsend for my family. We were looking to move from Tennessee to Texas but the housing market is so crazy and I am self employed so nobody was willing to take a risk and rent to me even though I could afford the rent. Ms. Hicks used her experience and knowledge as a realtor to find us a beautiful house in a safe neighborhood. Being from another state and not knowing anything or anyone in the area makes trying to find somewhere to rent extremely difficult, especially during a pandemic. She made the process, easy and smooth for us. She went above and beyond to find us exactly what we were looking for. She made sure we got settled in and were doing well while staying in the house. My landlord expressed last minute that I needed to be out in 30 days and he was selling the property. I was under an enormous amount of stress but she kept me calm during the entire process. Not only did she find me a home in a short amount of time but she reassured me she WOULD find me a home when I was on the brink of giving up and thats exactly what she did.
