    Diem was absolutely amazing in the selling of our home. We had been on the market for 84 days with a previous realtor with no movement and she came in with incredible ideas, a wonderful marketing plan and a fantastic attitude.     What to say about this MAGNIFICENT realtor! My wife and I are located in NV and bought a home in Sherman, TX. She worked tirelessly through email, text and phone calls (even with full blown covid) to get us what we wanted. Despite lots of problems and issues with the home itself, including difficulty getting the house shown because of unwillingness by the tenants to allow people in the house, with Diemā€™s hard work and dedication, my friendā€™s home went straight from active to pending in just 7 days.
