Give Diana a call if you are planning on selling or buying. Diana was very professional but also very caring and was not just another sale for her. Our house was in the market for only 3 weeks before it was sold. We trusted her to make the right decision for us and she went above and beyond to do it that. Great experience with her. We purchased our first home in November 2019 with Diana’s help. The process started in the early months of 2019 when we were stationed in Kentucky with orders to report to Ft. Bliss in the summer. It felt impossible to start such a serious process from a different state, but Diana made it easy. She was always very flexible with the difference of time. As first time home buyers, everything was new but Diana is very good at explaining thoroughly, never with an annoyed tone. She really is the best realtor everyone should have for a home purchase. Diana deserves more than 5 stars. Throughout the process, over the phone and in person she always remained the same. Very professional, polite, understanding, resourceful, respectful, punctual, intelligent, and humble. She knows what she is doing and delivers fast and efficiently. We had the best experience buying our first home and that’s thanks to Diana. We are very great full for her. My wife goes to her for everything from car tires to eyebrow threading and all her contacts are legit. Diana is simply the best of the best. With an honest heart we thank Diana and we profoundly recommend her.

Get ready for an amazing experience! Diana has been my realtor for many years. Ive have 3 real estate transactions with her and everyone has been flawless. My first home I purchased here locally while I was living out of town at the time. Not only was she very organized but checked on the property so I could know the progress. My second experience was definitely not for the faint of heart. Not because of Diana but because of my builder. I truly believe that if it was another realtor they would have given up halfway through. Again her attention to detail, organization, and willingness to stand by us and whats right through that ordeal makes her shine above the rest. Lastly, I ended up selling the first home I purchased from her. Everything was organized and listed faster than Ive ever seen. It didnt last for more than 3 days on the market with an offer well above asking! It was the smoothest transaction Ive ever done. Diana is a super good agent, she cared about what we were looking for and went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Even after we change them for her a couple of times. Diana was super responsible and attentive to our needs, we were buying from out of town and she offered to visit sites remotely for us, dont know if she does that for everyone but it made things so much easier for us. it really felt as if we were there in person in El Paso. After dealing with a realtor that ignored our wants and needs we were referred to Diana. We were on a super tight time restraint having only 2 days in El Paso to look at homes, but she fit us in, listened to our requests and helped us find multiple homes that would fit our needs! Fast forward to literally 5 months of financing nightmares on our end, and one home falling through due to our financing issues and Diana stuck with us through it all. She never treated us like we were anything other than her best clients, (despite us knowing we were the definition of a nightmare,) and always made us feel important, valued and listened to.
