Sunny Chaparala is so different from other realtors I have used. Not only is she organized and extremely knowledgable, but what really sets her above is that she her negotiating skill. Sunny has helped me buy three properties (two rentals and a vacation home). In each case, Sunny got me a better price and concessions from the sellers than I had even hoped for. She also has helped me list my rental homes. In each case, she got my house rented in less than a week, at a higher rate and with a faster move in. Also, she helped me screen the tenants, and all have turned out to be fantastic renters. I have worked with other buyers agents who I felt were more interested completing the sale than negotiating the best deal for me. Sunny works hard to negotiate for you. It is absolutely clear at every step that her loyalty is to you and your best interests as a customer and a friend. Sunnys performance is beyond description.

We sold our home with DFW Realties several years ago when the market was slow. We had been thinking about moving to a different school district for a while. When our daughter was about to go to high school, we knew it was time to move. The market was tough and we were concerned that we would not get what our house was really worth. Our home was unique in that neighborhood. It was a cornet lot single-story home that had many updates. We started interviewing Realtors to sell that home.Many Realtors we interviewed gave suggested pricing our home $40,000 less than what we hoped we would receive. The other Realtors valuation and the way we valued our home was different. When one of our friends recommended Sunny very highly, we thought we would interview her and gave her a call. Sunny met with us immediately on an evening.We were really impressed with Sunny when we interviewed her and we are very glad that we did. She saw the value in our home that the other agents had dismissed. Her valuation of our home and the pricing that she did were exactly what we hoped for. So, we hired her. Sunny put quite a bit of time into staging our home to bring out the character of our home. We were very happy with our home’s MLS Listing. Sunny had highlighted the major selling points of our home perfectly! We got ourselves mentally prepared to have our home on the market for a little while since the market was slow at that time. To our great surprise, we sold our home in 10 days for exactly what we hoped. We were ecstatic!

Sunny, helped me buy a house a in McKinney. She was a Rockstar to deal with in the negotiation process for a hot market. Advised me several times not to buy. Even though this market it changing with rising interest rates that was super rare a year ago!

I contacted DFW Realties about selling my home. After speaking with the agent about my goals we decided to rent the home instead. We put the home on the market for rent. The agent had the home rented sooner than I expected, and for a better price than I expected. I would highly recommend this agent.
