    Devon is a 10/10 realtor that I would recommend to anyone and everyone looking to buy or rent houses. He is organized, communicative, friendly, and genuinely passionate about helping people find the best fit for them. Devon worked with me for about 3 months and 25 different listings to make sure I found the right place to live. He always had a smile on his face and a great spirit whenever we met up to look at houses. He made the process of moving so much easier. 10/10 go with Devon.

    Devon Necessary is absolutely incredible! My boyfriend and I met him at an open house, feeling completely lost and overwhelmed about lease hunting. We didn’t have the time or knowledge to navigate the process, so we took a leap of faith asking Devon to help us out. We are so grateful we did.     If 10/10 stars were possible I’d give them!If youre looking for a realtor, Devon is the person to work with! He assisted me not once… but twice, without hesitation. Devon is incredibly punctual for every showing and tour— and there were many… He also helped a friend of mine and her boyfriend find their new home. I can’t recommend Devon enough. If you’re ever in the market for a realtor, don’t hesitate to reach out to him he is so helpful and has a passion for the work he does!

    Devon was incredibly helpful from the first call to my move in and ensuring I settle in well. I relocated from Ohio to Dallas and was unable to see an apartment prior to moving. Devon accommodated a virtual tour for me with multiple options to choose from. I needed a location that would hold a unit for 60 days. Devon found me a perfect complex in Bishop Arts and I absolutely love where my dog and I are living. Devin knew a location that was dog friendly was important and he found a great place that she loves!

    I truly cannot say enough great things about Devon. The entire experience from start to finish was 100 stars. He went above and beyond to find us our perfect home. We were so picky and he was always patient with us. He always came prepared, full of knowledge and I could tell at the end of the day - he wanted whatever made us happiest.     I could not recommend a professional more than I would recommend Devon to you when it comes to real estate and finding a perfect home and finding it quickly. I met Devon on a whim as he represented a high end condominium at the Metropolitan in Downtown Dallas. While I called the Metropolitan my current home, living in another unit within the building, I was told two days before that I was getting kicked out of my current situation. I needed to find new housing and fast. I knew I enjoyed living at in the Metropolitan community I looked there first and thus met Devon at the available 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. While the unit was great it was out of my price range and didnt exactly have what I was looking for. I wanted to live alone in a space with big windows that brought in a lot of sun throughout the day; a rental home with charm for a monthly rental rate that really seemed making anything even decent kind of impossible to secure in Dallas. Prior to Devon, I was in contact with other real estate agents.Devon made all those individuals look like chumps playing at the job. As soon as Devon extracted my dream home from my mind he was showing me a list of units I had never even seen before that hit the marks of what I was looking for. Suddenly we were a TEAM. Devon cared just as much as me in making sure I found the absolute perfect home and he made me a PRIORITY. This man could seriously make me cry, he changed my life. We set up three tours that day. Two buildings I chose from the list, and one Devon insisted on. Honestly I was not expecting much from Devons pick. Boy was I wrong. We walked inside the unit Devon recommended and I had that moment that we all wish for when house hunting, I was giggling and twirling around this space. It was beautiful. My heart had chosen. The other two buildings did not have options I would be happy in at all. While the space Devon found was everything I could have dreamed of and more. You might think that is it but moving is a complicated and lengthy process, Devons wonders dont stop at just finding you a home or a buyer!!Devon makes it his duty to be deeply familiar with the real estate in the Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Mansfield areas. As well as up to current date with the housing market, the history of each property (including prior rental prices it was inhabited for and when listing prices changed) and even property land tax trends and the influence that would have on owners and renters. It was this deep understanding that allowed Devon to facilitate a fair and worth-wild deal that benefitted both me, as the renter, and the owner. With Devon by my side, I could ask any question and it would not even be an issue. He brainstormed with me and was constantly taking action for my sake. If he did not know the answer, he would find it and would do so quickly! Devon Necessary seriously sets the real estate game to another level and does not shy away from doing anything that would benefit his clients. At the end of all this, I coined Devon as an angel sent to me. He continued to provide what seemed like heavenly gifts into my life. Even after my lease was signed, Devon is someone who is here to support me. He connected me with a contact who that lent me a really tall ladder for days just so I could get storage up into my crawl space... just because Devon asked him to help me out.Devon is more than just a real estate agent. He became my friend in this process. I could not recommend him enough to anyone trying to find the perfect home for them and to any owner trying to sell or rent their property / unit. Devon sold the aforementioned unit, for which Devon and I had fatefully met, in days after I had toured it. I even met the gentleman moving into it, he was ecstatic.. and the owner was extremely grateful as the property had been burning a hole in his pocket.Once again - there is not another single professional, in any field, that I would recommend more to you than I would my recommendation for Devon Necessary as your real estate, for your rental and selling needs.
