This was our first time buying a house and Derrick was so helpful with the whole process. If he did not know the answer to something, he would go out of his way to make sure we get the right guidance/answer. He is patient, knowledgeable and professional. I will be referring him to all our family and friends looking to buy, sell, or lease. Again, thank you Derrick for all your help, we appreciate it.

Tl;dr: Please go with Derrick as your first choice when you are looking for a Realtor who can get the job done!I remember the first time I noticed Derrick at YMCA, Coppell. Derrick was coaching his son on the basketball court and I was walking on the track, at the top of the court. The first thing that struck me was how laser focused Derrick was in coaching his son: I saw the seriousness, passion and the intent was so clear that he was coaching his son in only the best way possible. Eventually, Derrick and I became friends at YMCA.Fast forward: One fine day, Derrick told me that he acquired a Realtor’s license. I was really happy for him and I knew he would do great, because of the work ethics he has. I had to move to California and I did not even think twice before calling Derrick to be my Realtor to lease out my property at Irving, TX. Derrick handled the next few weeks very professionally. Derrick was and is the best communicator who communicates everything timely with honesty and transparency. Derrick goes out of his comfort zone and pushes the boundaries to help his Clients in every possible way. I can vouch that whatever Derrick takes up, he will make sure he will be there for his Clients until the job is successfully done and thats what he did for me!
