Derek and his sweet wife Kaylee were phenomenal to us during this process. My wife and kids were welcomed along to all of the showings, and it was a fun adventure. Derek was with us every step of the way when buying our new home. Available and helpful when touring homes, making an offer, and getting through the closing period. Kaylee was also incredibly helpful with setting us up with a great inspector and getting us ready to set up utilities and what to expect. They treated us like family, and traveled all the way from Waco to San Antonio on 5 different occasions just to help us find our forever home. Derek is a great guy who was friendly, answered questions, had a great sense of humor! We couldn’t have found our home as quickly without the efforts of this team. I would recommend them a million times over, and though we never hope to move again, we’d definitely ask for their assistance in the future ❤️

Having been in an apartment since moving to Waco a few years ago, I wasn’t sure what to expect out of the home search. Thankfully we were recommended Derek, who made the entire process seem seamless. He worked to schedule a dozen or so house tours which really helped determine what we truly wanted in a house. Once we found that perfect house, Derek was a huge help in making sure everything was in order to successfully close. It was a pleasure working with him and I could not be happier with how it turned out.
