I cannot say enough about Derby Realty Group-more specifically, Jazmin Derby. She is hands down, the BEST there is! I was purchasing a home, out of state mind you & if that’s not already daunting enough, Jazmin absolutely was there to fulfill all of my needs & make everything feel like a breeze!! She’s extremely real estate savvy, takes her time to really get to know you on a personal level, makes sure the properties match your interests, is incredibly familiar with whichever area, provides invaluable insight regarding each neighborhood & surrounding areas, negotiation skills are second to none along with her impeccable interpersonal skills likewise! I truly felt like I had a partner throughout this entire process & never felt alone nor uncertain either. Additionally, Jazmin is accessible all throughout the day & night & her follow through is precise too. I cannot say enough good things about Jazmin & have no hesitations in referring her to any family, friend, co-worker or stranger!!! I seriously couldn’t have done this without her as she alleviated a great deal of stress for me & was so reassuring throughout the entire home buying process. I appreciated her tenacity, wisdom & patience in aiding me in finding the perfect place to call home. Jazmin was the best realtor I have ever worked with. This year, I decided to purchase my first home. She explained to me how the whole process worked and gave me the tools to search for the exact property I was interested in. When I found the home I was interested in, she was very responsive and communicated each email that was sent to me. My experience with buying a house could not have been more enjoyable or easy without her involved. I am not the type of person to write a review, but she was absolutely incredible! Jazmin exceeded my expectations with her professionalism, dedication, and caring attitude. I would recommend her to all my friends and family, thank you so much for being my agent!

Jazmin helped us sell our former home and buy a new one. Not only did she have quite a drive to come to our little town to help us, but she always greeted us with a smile. She was very fast to respond and efficient in getting things done. She made the transition from our old home to our new one much easier than it could have been. We had a few issues along the way (not with Jazmin or Derby Realty Group) but she was very diligent and communicated with the lender and any other parties to ensure things stayed on task. She also left us a beautiful personalized cutting board and a bottle of wine in our new home that we found after we got the keys. We would recommend using Jazmin and Derby Realty Group to any of our friends and family and would use them again should we ever decide to move.

My fiancé and I began working with Jazmin in March 2021. We were nervous as first time home buyers and pretty clueless of the whole process. Jazmin got us on a zoom call immediately and explained everything in detail and assured us that she would walk us through throughly step by step of everything and that she did from beginning to end. She made the process smooth and painless and was always patient. Even with set backs and pauses where my fiancé and I had to take a step back and fix some things on our end, she was still so patient and always checked in on us to make sure we didn’t need anything and always moved at our pace, never pressured us. I really liked that she was always very direct and honest with us and I never felt that she was just in it for a sale, she was always so open about everything, up front and genuine with any input or opinions. She educated us along the way and kept us informed with necessary details, we were always in the loop. Even after some let downs and declined offers she kept my fiancé and I positive and motivated that we would find our dream home. She went to bat for us and negotiated every deal until we were officially in our dream home. Even after closing she still checks in to make sure we’re okay. Jazmin was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home.
