Dennis is excellent to work with. I first connected with Dennis in 2019 when I first started looking at an opportunity to move to Fredericksburg from Orange County, CA. During this time, even though we had not yet been to Fredericksburg, Dennis made sure to email me listings so we could get a sense of the housing market in the area. Once I accepted my job in early 2020, I contacted Dennis about initially renting a house while selling the house in CA. Dennis sent us a number of listings and as soon as we came out to Fredericksburg he showed us several rentals and we were able to make a decision very quickly. After we sold the house in CA, Dennis was ready to help us find a new home to buy. When we found the home we wanted, he was very helpful in walking us through the process to buy a house in Texas. In addition, after we bought the house he was very helpful in recommending painters, plumbers and other service providers that we would need to help with things at the new house. Dennis made the home buying process, which can be daunting and difficult, a very easy and pleasant one. I strongly recommend anyone who is looking to buy a home to contact Dennis. He will make your home finding process an enjoyable one.

Since around 2012 all real estate transactions that me and my family have made in Fredericksburg have been with Dennis Kusenberger. We have had a least five different deals that Dennis handled for us and each and everyone was done in the most professional way. Dennis is very upfront and to the point, which my wife and I love. He knows the market better than any realtor in the Hill Country. Dennis, being a local, born and raised in Fredericksburg, brings a dimension to the table that most of his competition simply cannot match. Needless to say, Dennis will handle all of my real estate needs for as long as I am in Fredericksburg.

In the last 20 something years I have bought and sold several million dollars worth of residential, commercial and ranch property through Dennis Kusenberger. I call Dennis my Eagle. Most real estate folks sit around the office hoping someone will call up and want to buy something…I call these sales people Vulture’s….a Vulture hangs around hoping something dies so he can eat. Dennis is a Eagle…he kills his own dinner. It also helps that Dennis is probably the most knowledgeable real estate person in Gillespie County. Buy or sell….I recommend Dennis.Sam Golden
