My wife and I cannot recommend Denise enough; she did an outstanding job for our family.Denise helped us prepare our existing home for sale by expertly making suggestions on how to make the home more appealing to buyers. She then went to work searching for a new home for us that was within our parameters. When it came time to sell our house, she made sure it got a ton of exposure when it was listed, which led to a multiple offer situation developing. Denise negotiated the best deal for our family that resulted in us receiving an amazing deal that my wife and I never would have expected.Denise was very responsive, available, and helpful during the entire process. We will absolutely be turning to Denise for all of our real estate needs in the future.

Denise showed the upmost professionalism through our home buying process and we cannot thank her enough for her significant role in securing our dream home against stiff competition!First, going on home viewings with us on a Sunday to fit our schedule needs was much appreciated. Then that same late evening working with us to put together a strong and competitive offer (her speciality she says, and turns out true!) on the home that had a surprise early offer deadline. She also had a detailed market comp to make sure we had a fair dollar offer too, not just being strong by going over ask. We find out later our conventional beat out multiple all cash offers!!Second, during the closing process, her professionalism showed in working with a very difficult sellers agent who did not communicate well or in a timely manner, or complete necessary paperwork without being babied through the process or pulling teeth at deadlines. We made it to closing, hallelujah, and we thank Denise for getting us there! We saw both ends of the spectrum of what a competent and put together agent and not-so-much agent can look like, and were glad we were recommended to Denise not just for this home purchase, but for our rent house the year before too. Denise is a great realtor and a fantastic person! She helped me navigate homebuying during a period of challenging and very competitive market. Using her wise assessment of neighborhood specific real estate markets, she always provided great guidance on the offer to make and when to make them. Denise always demonstrated true skill, and was able to write offers that were particularly competitive to sellers in all aspects not only focusing only on price. She provided this insight after truly deep diving comps and doing her homework. Her network is extensive and used those relationships to truly broker with other agents as it related to offers being made on properties. Denise is such a pleasant person, and I always enjoyed touring homes with her, and she is always prepared and so efficient in setting up showing days with properties she has previously vetted to show homes that fit the need. I cannot say enough great things about Denise! We have been working with her for over two years trying to buy our first ever home. We had worked with a few realtors before we met Denise and I can personally say she is THE BEST! She takes time getting to know you and your needs to provide you with the best home options possible to fit what you are looking for. She never made us feel pressured or rushed in any way to make a decision. She gave great advice when needed and gave us space to get a feel for each home ourselves where other realtors in the past would follow us around and make us feel pressured. Denise has clients for life with us because finding someone you KNOW cares about you and that you can trust is so rare and if you give Denise your business you will be glad you did.

Denise showed us how to make a winning bid and got us into a home we never thought would be ours. Fast forward six years later into this crazy market and Denise helped us get top dollar for our house using brilliant strategy from staging the house to setting proper list price.She is a straight shooter, no pressure, rock star who knows her stuff!! Denise is by far the most wonderful realtor we could have ever imagined working with. In fact, shes more than a realtor! From the dozens of resources she has for her clients to caring for us on a personal level, Denise goes above and beyond all expectations! She truly does have her clients best interest at heart! My husband and I decided that instead of buying an already constructed home, we would build our dream home. Denise was there with us every step of the way. From October 2014 to finally closing May 2015, Denise was at every construction and design meeting, consistently emailing the sales director & contractor, and always checked in on us every week...sometimes 3-4 times a week! Even when my husband couldnt make it to the meetings, Denise was there to help me through all the tough decisions! To simply say thank you is not enough after everything she had done for us!

My wife and I came to Denise with the plan to purchase our first home within a window of 1-6 months. She always accommodated our schedule to set up viewings. Denise gave us helpful advice all along the way and helped us be vigilant of what to look out for. Our phone calls and texts were always answered immediately, even after hours. We found the perfect home that met every single one of our needs within the first month and were able to close and be completely moved in in less than 2 months from our first contact with Denise. Not only was Denise such a pleasure to work with, but her connections are another added value that she comes with.
