Everyone says buying a home is a rollercoaster of emotions. It definitely is. But when in the ride, aren’t the scary parts better if the person by your side makes you feel safe? Doesn’t the experience change when that one person’s confidence is so contagious it makes you want to ride it again and again? That’s who Denese was for us.She was fierce and smart through the negotiations while selling our home. Her advice on the sell price was so accurate it developed exactly as planned and even better. With multiple offers and even one before the house was listed.Denese was patient while looking at all the homes we did. Her knowledge on what to look for in a home and neighborhood was extremely helpful. She positively promised to get us a home. The perfect one. If there were more than 5 stars I would give Denese more. She is one hard working lady! She is in constant motion and very proactive. She is always investigating and researching to get to the bottom of questions. She is also very creative with transactions. She has gone above and beyond what is expected, with a smile. My wife and I met Denese a couple of years ago. We had seen that she was helping residents contest their property taxes. She helped us through this process without a hitch and did it at no charge to us. Fast forward to 2024. We decided to sell our home for downsizing purposes and we needed to sell relatively quickly. Most agents come in and take some pictures and put it on MLS, but not Denese. We also needed to downsize our home goods. She put us in touch with someone that could get the sale done quickly and was guiding us daily. The house then went up for sale, but not before she did an extensive marketing plan along with pictures and 3D tours of the house.The house received over 1500 views and several showings over the next few weeks and now we are under contract!! I cant tell you that no other house on the market came close to those views and showings.I have bought and sold homes in the past with agents but to be honest, Denese is on another level. She has a heart of gold and knows the market inside and out on a daily basis as it evolves quickly. Denese is able to pivot quickly based on those changes. I can confidently say that if it werent for her, our house would not have sold. Trust is a hard thing to come by these days in business, but I can say I trust her as much as family.
