Went with a friend to check this place out. Loved everything! Great people, great atmosphere. It is not connected to a larger non-55+ community which I did not even consider the benefits of until our visit. I thought the monthly/yearly fees were very reasonable for a master planned community. Definitely a community to check out if you are looking for something like this. -

I am very impressed with Chambers Creek. It is a beautiful property and caters to the residents. The people in the community are very nice, friendly and always ready to help. There are activities offered and beautiful walking paths to keep you busy. I am enjoying the life. -
