    I cant say enough about working with Debbie on finding and purchasing our home. Everyone has a friend or knows someone with a real estate license, so there is no shortage of people who can show you homes when you need it. I found Debbie randomly when she followed up to an online home search that I was doing a year ago. She was one of many that reached out, but she was the first to put effort into educating us on home buying and the quickest to schedule a showing. At the time, we did not know if she would be THE realtor that got us across the finish line but we knew we liked her and she was cool with waiting for us to feel out the situation. We needed to buy a house on short notice in an absolutely INSANE real estate market. We were totally unprepared and realized, after she had showed us several homes for sale, that we did not have enough time to complete the mortgage process and we were going to have to pivot to a lease. Debbie pivoted right along with us, without complaint. We are picky and even the rental market was not ideal for finding a home at the time so she had to show us MANY houses before we found one and were able to be accepted for a lease. She has the patience of a saint, let me tell you! It wasnt easy and it wasnt fun but she got us into a lease so that we could buy some time to get ready for the ultimate goal of home ownership. After our experience with Debbie the first time, when we got ready to buy this year there was no one else we wanted on our team. The market was still as crazy as ever and we knew we needed someone we could trust to work toward our best interests. We had great expectations and Debbie exceeded them all! Your realtor is more than just a person to show you houses. She (or he) is your educator, your advocate, and your guide through a process that is shrouded in mystery because most of us only go through it a few times in our lives. Debbie went to bat for us in every instance when we wanted her to, and in some instances we had no idea we needed her to. She gave us advice when we needed it (which was often) without pushing her opinions on us as she always respected that every decision, ultimately, was ours. She is kind and caring, but also assertive enough to really champion for her clients. Buying a house is a confusing, and often scary, process. Working with Debbie made it so much easier than it would have been without her. Like I said, everyone has a friend who has a real estate license and can show them houses. Debbie is much more than that. Her knowledge, professionalism and kind heart make her a true asset to anyone in the market for a home and we like to think that we have a realtor who is now a friend.

    Deborah was an absolute delight to work with! When we had difficulties selling our home before buying the home Deborah had found for us, she was so calm and talked us through all the steps we needed to take to ensure we would be able to acquire our new home. Whenever we called her, she always responded immediately and efficiently. She answered every single question we asked and believe me, there were many!! She truly cared that we got the house we wanted so badly. She even sent us a lovely bouquet of flowers at one of our lowest points which really lifted our spirits! She was so compassionate through all our ups and downs and made our dream come true! She was so professional and kind at the same time and answered our multitudes of questions with such patience!! We felt really comfortable working with Deborah throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home in the area she covers!

    Deborah was an excellent choice for us to be our realtor. As you start the process, you get flooded by different realtors sending you homes but the difference with Deborah and others is she went above and beyond her duties. She would do video walk-throughs for us, since we were from out of town, and showed us the homes from top to bottom. She was always very responsive, didnt have to worry about her not responding, ever. She had answers to our multitude of questions, always looking out for our best interests and protecting us from possible issues arising down the line. Deborah, to me, was more of a family member guiding us in her field of expertise to ultimately, our home.During the escrow process, Deborah has been on top of every detail. Shes constantly in communication with us and the sellers agent to ensure no problems arise. Shes also helping us with contractors who could assist us in making changes to our purchase. She takes notes to ensure all our goals are met, but most of all, her demeanor. She is kind, caring, calm, not pushy, soft spoken and visible. Weve had agents before where you hardly see them or communication is usually one-sided.Anyone looking for an agent with a strong work ethic, personable, professional and excellent at her job, Deborah Bevers is the person who would be an asset to anyone looking to make home buying a joy.

    Debbie is the realtor who helped us find and purchase our home in 2017. She made the process so easy and stayed on top of what needed to happen next for us. She never pushed or got agitated with us even though we gave up the home search for a few months because we got discouraged. She is extremely patient and took the time to explain the buying process as often as we needed her to. This is the best home buying experience weve ever had! And, did I say she is thorough and resourceful? She saved us money by catching a repair that even the home inspector overlooked!! We will use Debbie again should we decide to sell our home in the future.

    Debra re-ignited my interest in building in a community I had visited several times. With Debras assistance she guided me through all the steps of building in todays new home environment. I had 3 issues with the builder I attempted repeatedly to settle on my own and they would not budge. She fought for me and was tenacious in getting each one resolved in my favor. Im not saying shes a miracle worker, but if she knows your in the right, this is the Realtor you want. Debra advised me on issues, took time to address my concerns and questions every time I contacted her without delay. Debra requested to accompanied me during walk throughs & was beneficial in spotting numerous things with that eagle eye of hers that required corrections that I missed.     Debbie Bevers is a phenomenal real estate agent! If I could give her 1 billion stars, I would. We live out of state and wanted to purchase a TX home for our son.Debbie helped us navigate EVERYTHING. She was very informative and ALWAYS looked out for our best interest.     Debbie was such a joy to work with. She helped us every step of the and way was extremely knowledgeable about the Montgomery/Harris areas. We purchased our home all the while never physically being there and it was as stress free as possible. She was there every step of the way giving us all the info videos/pics/FaceTime of properties. While we were in escrow she was there for everything making sure it was all going smoothly. she even took time to take videos of the area and share any additional info of the neighborhood. Shes extremely reliable and will go to bat for you. We will definitely be referring her to any friends and family moving to the area.
