I had the great pleasure of having Debi Rogers represent me for the sale of my home. As a single mother she alleviated all my anxieties of having to pack up my home of the last 20 years. She meticulously organized my move out with realistic timelines and arranged workers to help me with repairs and getting my home in ship shape condition to yield the maximum price. Her demeanor was always friendly and accommodating to my busy schedule. She went above and beyond what any real estate agent would do in my opinion. With Debi you will not only get a hard working agent but in the end you will undoubtedly make a lifelong relationship with her. That’s a combination that’s hard to beat! I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Despite the slowing market, my husband and I were able to sell our home much sooner than we expected thanks to Debi Rogers. On our first meeting with her, we were impressed with the amount of research and organization Debi had in preparing for the listing of our home. She took the time to learn about us, the neighborhood, and made sure she understood our goals while being transparent and honest about our expectations. We wanted to sell our house to someone who would value and appreciate it as much as our family did over the years, and I believe Debi helped us achieve that goal. At no point did we feel pressured to make any decisions. Instead, Debi gave us options and her recommendations based on strategic methods. We found her support, patience, and positive outlook encouraging through the process especially as we were in the middle of moving out-of-state. Debi was very sensitive to our stress and needs. She also referred us to a great lender, and the two of them made the home buying process as painless as it could be.
