My family absolutely loved working with Debbie to purchase our new home. Buying a new home is physically exhausting and mentality overwhelming. I cannot begin to express my experience with Debbie Souder. From the moment she entered our home until the last day she walked out our door she was there for us. It indeed was an emotional experience selling our home that we built and lived in for 20 years. She really listened to us and was there every step of the way. Debbie worked night and day and communicated every part of this sale. I really valued her input and guidance when working with us and the other agent. I shared with Debbie in a Bible Study Class that I needed a Pest Control Company because plumbers had told me I had squirrels in my attic after repairing a foundation slab leak. This was a definite problem because water pipes had been rerouted through the attic & squirrels would chew into the pipes. Debbie gave me the name of 2 companies. I contacted both companies, & both did come to my house. It was determined that no animals were in the attic at the present time but holes needed to be repaired. Debbie stayed in contact with me during the entire process. She also referred a person to do the carpentry work to close up the holes in my attic. He did a very good job. Afterwards, Debbie called to follow up asking questions about quality of work, if the price was reasonable, if I was happy with the process & procedure, etc. It was a very good experience to get references from Debbie to help in solving my homeowner’s problem. I especially liked that Debbie called to follow up after the project was completed & wanted to know if I was happy with the results.
