I cannot express my gratitude towards Dawn. We put our house on the market at the worst time with skyrocket interest rates, in an election year, and market uncertainty. We closed on sale today and it was I can confidently say it was because Dawn out-worked and out-marketed every other realtor to get our property sold. In this market, the knowledge, grind, and hustle Dawn brings is the difference maker.

Dawn is an amazing realtor! I meet her by a google search! I had a realtor and he was just not IT! He had no knowledge and just wasn’t listening to our wants & needs! I literally started looking on my own and when I saw a house we wanted to look at I searched for the realtor and Dawn came up she literally meet us within 20 min so last minute but she didn’t care she was ready to help! During our process she had a loss in the Family but she still NEVER neglected us! Even after we closed I still counted on her to help us with things that we had to fix at the house. Definitely have her saved as my Fav realtor! I will definitely be referring her as well as calling her when we get ready to upgrade! Thank you for all you did for us Dawn!

If youre in the market for a purchase, rental or sell of your home Dawn is your lady! From day 1 Dawn asked for my wants, needs, budget and area. From the beginning Dawn was a fantastic realtor. She sent me lists tailored to my wants/needs. She was extremely responsive the entire way, such a pleasure to work with and was such a huge help. Moving is stressful, but having the right realtor made my process so much smoother and stress free. Dawn will tell you- failure is not option! She superseded my expectations. Dawn is a windfall of a realtor, if not for her I may have sold my home for 70k less with a previous realtor who didnt care about my selling goals. The contract with the first realtor expired after 8 months of wasted time and lowball offers. From day one Dawn hit the ground running. When Dawn listed our property, within days I had an open house with the highest turnout Ive ever had and received the one of the highest offers Id seen since owning property. She keep me updated on the market as shes savvy about staying current on the market pulse. She encouraged me to negotiate for the terms I wanted on every contract and never pushed me to settle. Im still amazed how she was able to help us sell at the price we did for a Class C/D property. Shes the real McCoy. We will definitely work with her again to purchase our next property.
