    I have worked with David Spradly as a buyer and a seller. As a buyer he was so great that 10+ years later he was my first call. He knew the market and where pricing should start and where we should sell at and was on point with it all. In my neighborhood we had houses on the market for over six months when we listed and ours sold within 2 months. David is more then a great relator and professional but also a great person. I will absolutely be working with David once again.
