Let me start by saying David Mills is an amazing person! He definitely puts your needs above his to help you find that perfect home. There were many days of searching and putting offers in only to be denied, which lead us to be discouraged, but he was right there by our side to continue providing other opportunities for us to find that perfect place we would call home. After months of searching he was able to locate a home and convinced the sellers into an agreement that worked for all of us! I will use David for any home related services in the future going forward, he really did an amazing job.

This guy rocks! Hes very professional. I appreciate that he didnt sugar coat anything. He communicate very well and pays close attention to details when the contracts were going back and forth in the negotiations and the buyers agent would change little details to try to get away with. My home was under contract within a month and was sold at asking price. I highly recommend him whether you are buying or selling!
