Great guy, was there for me every step of the way. My favorite thing about my experience using David was his honesty. We looked at about 30 homes until we found the one that works best for me.

This was my first time buying a home. (2024) I used the VA home buyers program as I’m a veteran. We went through a handful of realtors, not really wanting to select them. Shortly after, I was recommended David’s services. I never once felt like David was anything short of excellent. He advocated for myself in all avenues of the process, including the ones I had no idea how to handle. If we ever sell our home or venture out to purchase another, there’s no one else I’d turn to. (He even gave me a cool Rctic cup when we closed)

David was with me while looking for a new home, selling the old home, and always there to answer questions. Everything was done correctly and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new place. We met at several homes for a walk through. He does not cut corners but does things in a timely fashion, not just rushed, but according to my needs and desires for a good fit for me. I would recommend him as one of the best realtors ever. He met me with the signing for the house at the Title Company. I was full of questions throughout the process and he walked me through and answered questions. If anything comes up, I would feel free call him again for information if needed. I felt he was working for the best for me. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor. Thanks again, David!
