Dave was wonderful. He put up with me for almost a year, and I wasnt easy to deal with lol. He never complained and never made me feel dumb. He always reassured me whenever I had doubts. If I wanted a house he was on it fast. He was always on time to showings and was never overbearing. He was willing to move mountains to make sure I got the home I wanted. Not only did he make the process easy but he also saved me a lot of money. He helped find me a lender and even walked me through the process and financials. I honestly cant recommend Dave enough, he was beyond what I expected in a realtor. I now have my first home with an affordable mortgage, and its all thanks to Dave.

Dave has been awesome! He was with us for months as we looked at many, many properties trying to find our “forever home.” He gently steered us away from places that wouldn’t work for our needs. He was our cheerleader when we were discouraged. If he couldn’t show us a property we wanted to see on a day we could drive up, he always recruited a colleague to show it to us. Dave did so much for us during our home buying journey that its difficult to know where to begin singing his praises, so Ill simply start at the beginning.The very first time we spoke with Dave he connected us to an INCREDIBLE broker/lender that we absolutely adore and who looked out for us from the jump.We are first time homebuyers and we had absolutely no idea what we were doing or where we were supposed to start.Without hesitation, Dave began to take the guesswork out of every step of the process for us. He explained everything so well, and so professionally, and even managed to do so in a way that took the stress out of what could have been a highly worrisome situation for us.He is very charming and kindhearted, but also one hell of a negotiator, which was called for in our particular journey! David Neira is the best realtor ever! He assisted my mother in the purchase of her new home. I have worked with a lot of realtors over the years and have been in the industry of various forms for almost a decade. First and foremost, he is available! He answers his phone when you call or responds to all communications in a timely manner. He is a joy to work with, friendly, energetic, competent, and knowledgeable. I really respect that if he doesn’t know something he doesn’t give you false information he will say he doesn’t know and additionally will find out and get back to you promptly with the information. In every aspect he goes above and beyond! He is patient, and clearly explains processes, verbiage of documents, multiple times if necessary. If you keep him in the loop with the multiple entities, you will inevitably be working with he will stay on top of it by joining the many calls and emails as well as clarifying their roles and their terminology as well. He is thorough in all that he does, to include having an exceptional network of individuals that he associates with. Lenders, Builders, Tittle Companies, Inspectors, the list can go on. Insurance Agents etc. He is truly a one stop shop. We even decided to decline the financial promotion of the builders preferred network to use his as we found them to be efficient, proactive, and shared many of David’s characteristic traits previously mentioned. The process of buying or selling a home is stressful, emotional, and at times overwhelming. Working with him brought me so much piece of mind that my mother was in good hands and took a lot of the pressure off me while doing my best to assist and support her in this major life change. I’ll never use another realtor. He’s truly cares, supports, and hears his client’s needs goals, and concerns. He is an employee, but he becomes a member of your family for life!

Omggggggggg! When I say this was the best realtor I have ever had. He was so passionate about helping me find the perfect home. I changed my mind so many times but he was so patient. He made sure I was out of my old residence before the lease was up. He had my back the entire time. When I felt like giving up he gave me hope. If something I didnt like he made sure it could be fixed before proceeding. He made sure I was aware of everything that was going on the whole time. If I was confused he made sure I understood. HE WILL FIGHT FOR YOU TO MAKE SURE YOURE HAPPY!If expectations was a person this would be it! My expectations was very high and he came through everytime.
